Married to Karla for 18 years, they're active members of foreign exchange programs (AYUSA and AFS) and parents to 18 year old Addison, a Freshman at Barrett Honors College at ASU and studying Engineering with a degree in Robotics Engineering.

Tim, an Air Force Veteran (1984-1990), is a member of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, Chandler Business Alliance, a member of Elks Lodge #2494 and American Legion Post 91.

Tim, a devoted Cubs fan, enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and collecting his impressive 30,000+ baseball cards. Notably, he and Karla achieved a milestones by hiking the Grand Canyon from the North Rim to the South Rim in 2012, Havasu Canyon twice while enduring extreme conditions for a rewarding experience.
